On November 15, 2011, America Recycles Day in Anchorage will have a First Friday Event of art, noshing, and schmoozing - all to raise awareness of RECYCLING - REPURPOSING - REUSING materials instead of tossing them in the landfill. We will have a Call for Art coming soon. This event is brought to you by many community volunteers and organizations, including, but not limited to: SWS, ALPAR, Green Star, and Central Recycling.
